　　崗位職責(zé)：

　　Job Description:

　　1.Production line manufacturing issue analysis and solving.

　　2. CM production sustaining and efficiency improvement.

　　3. Interact with * and CM team for production yield improvement.

　　4. Cost reduction and VAVE projects management.

　　5. NPI supporting and take over the NPI project.

　　6.CM's labor time(production&rework) review and buyoff.

　　7.ECO/MCO/DV/MFGCO release or approval , it will be applied to support production.

　　8. Documents creation and review, and also approve CM's VA if raised by CM.

　　9.Research and apply innovation projects to production.

　　10.Research and apply process simplification projects to production.

　　11.Interact with US and CM team for DFX base line summary and target list fabrication

　　12. Assets of fixtures and tools development and management.

　　14. Peform the monthly process audit , help CM to improve manufacturing process and quality management system.
