　　2 Quality Metrics driving/Support Defect Reduction Team

　　2 Line stops/Purges/Quality issues leadership, process issue judgment ownership

　　2 Scorecard and QBR(Quarterly Biz Review) inputs ownership (Technical)

　　2 ECO(Engineering Change Order) and Deviation approvals

　　2 Factory assembly process readiness for NPI (New Product Introduction)

　　2 NPI build result review and feedback

　　2 DFM(Design for Manufacturing) inputs and closures

　　2 Context Engineer Management

　　2 Assessment of MPa process technical capability

　　2 Improvement Initiatives/Value Engineering from process perspective

　　2 Capacity technical review

　　2 Technical related quote/cost reviews and inputs

　　2 Factory quality audits and closures

　　l Acts as a technical leader who has significant impact on the business

　　l Interacts and works with the Manufacturing Partner to develop good manufacturing plants

　　l Provides guidance and support to the team to develop an independent and reliable team to support activities at the site

　　l Drive innovative solutions to resolve business challenge and factory of the future
