　　Job Purpose

　　職位目的 To assist Marketing Manager to work on Ovaltine and 5 Grain business in China

　　Job Scope

　　支持范圍 Develop and reinforce Ovaltine and 5 Grain brand propositions toward target consumers;

　　Build brand penetration through effective and efficient brand communication programs with consistent and powerful creative ideas;

　　Improve total marketing effectiveness and ROI

　　Lead new product development project and existing product improvement.

　　Marketing plan and implementation plan and implement aligned BTL activities and integrated communication.

　　Consumer insight study quantitative and qualitative research, brand tracking, new package testing, etc.

　　A&P management

　　Qualifications & Experience

　　資格與經(jīng)驗(yàn)

　　1 University graduate or above with above 5-8 years working experience in FMCG industry with brand manager role; Food and beverage industry is preferred;

　　2 Solid and hands on experiences in brand management and NPD

　　3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　4 Profound English for both oral and written

　　5 Willing to travel
