職位描述:
* Develop and implement facility and office operation policy, process and procedures in Shanghai manufacturing;
* Work and manage the renew, extension or termination of office rentals based on business needs;
* Work closely with Security and EHS team and ensure a safe, clean and comfortable work environment;
* Align facility spend and manage the overall facility and office operational spend and drive productivity;
* Work closely with related functions and business team to complete renovations / repair & maintenance
* Develop and implement the seating plan.
* Work closely with SSO and related functions to drive a discipline process in vendor selection of office supplies, office greenery, cleaning services and other areas where synergy can be defined.
* Lead the admin team to conduct the qualified reception/admin assistance towards the facility to ensure the satisfaction from the entire team
* Work close with IT team to ensure the accessible/informative supply among the facilities
* Arranging complex travel plans; including; transport, hotel, visa arrangements, settlements and expense claims forms for VIP visitors and other related persons/delegation
* Providing administrative assistance for the visitors or expatriate employees who are on a STIR program/visit
